Under the National Breast Screening Programme it is now the Lancashire Care NHS Foundation which is run by North Lancashire and South Lancashire, ladies will be invited for breast screening every 3 years. If you have any queries please contact either the surgery or the breast screening service. Patients were screened in 2019, and the next screening will take place in 2022.

Age extension randomisation is being rolled out nationally and your Practice has been randomised under the national guidelines. This will result in half the women registered with your Practice aged either 47-49 or 71-73 being invited for breast screening in addition to women aged 50-70.
