Patient Access to The New Hall Lane Practice
Surgery Access
The Practice Doors will open between the hours of 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding bank/public holidays and Protected Educational Time Sessions one afternoon per month. On those occasions a poster will be displayed to inform patients how to access medical attention.
Telephone Access
The Practice telephone lines will be open and manned during the core hours of 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday excluding bank/public holidays and Protected Educational Time Sessions one afternoon per month. A phone message will be available when the Surgery is closed to advise patients how to access medical attention.

Staff at the locality clinics will provide a range of appointments from practice nurses who will be available to provide chronic disease reviews, smears and childhood immunisations along with GP’s and other Health Care Professionals. Patients can also cancel pre-booked appointments for any of the weekend or evening sessions.

Please note that once hub availability is full you may be directed to an alternative service.
Please also be aware that the administrative staff working at the locality surgeries do not have access to patients full medical records and therefore will not be able to answer queries on referrals, prescriptions, test results,private work and entries to medical records.

We are now providing access to appointments on Saturday's & Sunday's, which can be booked via our reception team.
